NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 24th November, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 128, in Volume B-13, Folio 2463/22531, File No. 1637, by our client, Swaleh Choga Mwagwaru, of P.O. Box 3516–80100. Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Swalehe Ali Ndoro, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Swalehe Ali Ndoro, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Swaleh Choga Mwagwaru, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Swaleh Choga Mwagwaru only.
