PURSUANT to the provisions of the Insolvency Act. Take Notice that Peter Kahi, of P.O. Box 14077-00800 Nairobi, was appointed as Administrator of Chemsols Limited (C.169505) pursuant to an Order of the Court issued on the 27th February, 2025 and further orders on 6th March and 22nd October 2025 respectively. Creditors of the Company are required to send full particulars of all their claims by filling their Proof of Debts against the Company with the undersigned, the Administrator of the Company, on or before 8th December, 2025 or in default thereof, they may be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved. Further to the above, notice is given that meeting of the creditors of the Company will be held virtually on 10th December, 2025 at 11.30 a.m. A participation link will be shared with creditors upon registration.
