COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

Notice is given that the preparation of the above-mentioned part development plan has been completed. The part development plans relate to land situated within Juja Sub-County in Kiambu County. Copies of the part development plans have been deposited for Public Inspection at Juja Sub County Physical Planning Offices and at the Office of the Director of Physical Planning located in Kiambu Town, Red Nova Building. The same has been deposited at the offices of the Sub County Administrators in Juja Sub-County. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the above-mentioned address between the hours of 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday. Any interested person(s) who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to above Part Development Plan may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the County Director of Physical and Land Use Planning P.O Box 2344— 00900, Kiambu, within sixty (60) days from the date of this notice and any such representation or objection shall state the grounds on which it is made.
