REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Joseph Ngigi Nyamu (ID/5514532) and (2) Grace Mwihaki (ID/9505147), are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that parcel of land containing 0.4048 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Kajiado County, under the title No. Kajiado/Kisaju/3819, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
