REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Flatphile Investment Group Limited, of P.O. Box 10234–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of leasehold ownership interest of all that piece of land, containing 0.0147 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi, registered under title No. Nairobi/Block 127/149, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
