THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES PROVIDENT FUND

APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 5 (1) of the Local Authorities Provident Fund Act, as read together with section 51 (1) of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act, the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury appoints— HASSAN AMINA GEDOW to be a Member of the Board of the Local Authorities Provident Fund, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 5th December, 2025. The appointment of *Millicent Nyaboke, and *Halima Omar as Members of the Board of the Local Authorities Provident Fund is revoked. Dated the 5th December, 2025.
