E4 OF 2025 By Davis Manueli Meza, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Salitai Meza Dorowu, who died at Mahoo, on 6th July, 2000. CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2025 By Simon Mwaiwo Mshombo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mshombo Andrew Mwano, who died at Taveta Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd May, 1997. CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2025 By Mwanahawa Ngure Mwanzige, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Juma Ngure Mwazighe, who died at Mata Sub-location, on 1st December, 2023. CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2025 By Majala Morris Mjomba, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Mjomba Mwangoma, who died at Mlughi, Mwashuma, on 5th February, 2016. CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2025 By Mabrouke Musa Mohamed, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zaina Nachelewa Maburuki, who died at Mata Sub-location, on 16th January, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
