TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E259 OF 2025 By Jared Nange Ongwech, of P.O. Box 152, Nyilima in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Oloo Opinge, who died at Rarieda, on 21 September, 2017. CAUSE NO. E268 OF 2025 By Walter Juma Onyang, of P.O. Box 1643, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elijah Onyang Otieno alias Elijah Onyang Otieno, who died on 15th July, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
