CAUSE NO. E139 OF 2025 By (1) Joel Kasyoki Mati and (2) Maurice Muthiani Mati, both of P.O. Box 54, Donyo Sabuk in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Beatrice Kanini Mati alias Beatrice Kanini, who died at Donyo sabuk Nursing Home, on 14th September, 2024.
