Box 197, Siakago in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sabastian Namu, who died Kune Sub-location, on 20th July, 1985. CAUSE NO. E252 OF 2024 By (1) Wilson Ngari Nyaga, (2) Josphat Kenfraith Nthiga, (3) John Nyamu Nyaga and (4) Naomi Mbucu Nguru, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Junius Nyaga Thengethe alias Junius Nyaga, who died at Muchonoke Sub-location, on 1st February, 1984. CAUSE NO. E56 OF 2025 By (1) Lydia Embu Ireri and (2) Flora Kiura Kithaka, both of P.O. Box 65, Siakago in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ireri Mbaki, who died at Siakago, Embu, on 19th August, 1996. CAUSE NO. E149 OF 2025 By Peter Martin Muiruri Njoroge, the deceased’s cousin, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Muriuki Ngari, who died at Muchonoke Sub-County Hospital in Kenya, on 19th August, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
