TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court
in:
THE KENYA GAZETTE 5th December, 2025
CAUSE NO. E64 OF 2025
By (1) Mary Naboli Lodoketa and (2) Annah Longolisho
Londoketa, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Akwam Longori, who died at J.
M. Kariuki Hospital in Kenya, on 30th September, 2022.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
