E58 OF 2025 By Peter Gisiwau Weisiko, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyambuba Moseti, who died at Masangora Sub-location, on 19th December, 2024. CAUSE NO. E59 OF 2025 By Samwel Waitara Moseti, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyambuba Moseti, who died at Simbori Sub- location, on 25th May, 1985. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
