TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E102 OF 2025 By (1) Samson Kipchirchir Limo, (2) Christine Jelagat Limo, (3) Paul Kiprotich Limoh and (4) Richard Kibichii Limo, all of P.O. Box 638–20103, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cheptube arap Limo alias Cheptubei Limo, who died at St. Luke Hospital in Kenya, on 28th February, 2024. CAUSE NO. E103 OF 2025 By (1) Samson Kipchirchir Limo, (2) Christine Jelagat Limo, (3) Paul Kiprotich Limoh and (4) Richard Kibichii Limo, all of P.O. Box 638–20103, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lilian Kabon Cheptubei alias Lillian Kebon Cheptuei, who died at Lavington, on 30th September, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
