E72 OF 2025 By Philip Kibii A. Kitur, the deceased’s child, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rael Chepkurgat Kiprotich, who died on 7th December, 2006. CAUSE NO. E74 OF 2025 By John Otieno Odhong, the deceased’s child, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paulus Odhong Satwa, who died on 15th March, 2013. CAUSE NO. E75 OF 2025 By (1) Josephine Moraa Moseti and (2) John Mastar Moseti, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Misati Ongaga alias Misati Ongaga Moses, who died on 15th May, 1993.
