E230 OF 2024 By Johanes Ogola Owange, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Nyumba Matete alias Nyumba Matete, who died at Mayenya Sub-location, on 17th April, 2005. CAUSE NO. E253 OF 2025 By Godfrey Juma Nyatigi, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Serphine Akinyi Atinga, who died on 9th September, 2009. CAUSE NO. E385 OF 2025 By Rose Anyango Otieno, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Caleb Otieno Okeyo, who died at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 15th March, 2025. CAUSE NO. E386 OF 2025 By Jane Anyango Ochola, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nicholas Ochola Ochola alias Nicholas Owiti Ochola, who died at District Hospital, Kisumu in Kenya, on 17th October, 1995. CAUSE NO. E400 OF 2025 By George Onyango Owange, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mathew Owange Nyabondo who died on 18th August, 1985.
