TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E428 OF 2025 By (1) Susline Auma H. Manyala and (2) John Omondi Manyala, both of P.O. Box 2413–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and stepson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Vitalice Oduol Kalecha alias Vitalis Kalecha Oduoi, who died at St. Mary’s Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 20th July, 2025. 5th December, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E465 OF 2025 By (1) Allans Aluoch Pudo, (2) Rose Anyango Yaya and (3) Jane Anyango Pudo, the deceased’s son and widows, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Pudo Aluoch alias Joseph Pudo, who died at Marenyo, on 2nd October, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
