TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E296 OF 2025 By Fatuma Ambetsa Tabuche, of P.O. Box 160, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mohamed Musungu Nanjeso alias Muhamed Musungu, who died on 12th July, 1995. CAUSE NO. E312 OF 2025 By Thomas Shirama Washiali, of P.O. Box 42–50102, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Adriano Chitayi Washiali alias Chitayi Washiali Chitayi, who died on 18th September, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
