TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E87 OF 2025 By (1) Samson Wafula Burutu and (2) Alex Kundu Lumbasi, both of P.O. Box 13–50205, Webuye in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Buruti Kakai Butali alias Burutu Kakayi, who died at Mihuu Sub-location, on 22nd December, 1994.
