TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E217 OF 2025 By (1) Josphat Kariuki Chogi, (20 Charles Kamith Chogo and (3) Edwin Ngethe Chogi, all of P.O. Box 177–00219, Karuri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Chogi Kariuki alias David Chogi alias David Chogi s/o Kariuki, who died at Presbyterian Hospital of Denton, Texas, U,S.A., on 7th February, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
