Box 93–40400, Migori in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Olewe Otiende, who died at Ogwedhi Village, on 1st December, 1998. CAUSE NO. E600 OF 2025 By Musa Namboza, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Omolo Ngatia, who died at Kenyatta, Migori, on 1st August, 2010. CAUSE NO. E619 OF 2025 By Charles Abongo Obunga, of P.O. Box 1123–40400, Suna- Migori in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abong’o Chacha Maucha, who died at Suna Ngege Location, on 20th March, 1983. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
