Box 60, Athi River in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Monicah Mutio Musembi, who died on 29th May, 2005. CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2025 By (1) Domitillah Kanini Matheka and (2) Kyendo David, both of P.O. Box 347–00204, Athi River in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Constance Katumbi Matheka, who died on 8th September, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
