TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E286 OF 2025 By (1) Delfina Gaitenga Mutuaruchiu and (2) Veronica Nthama Nyaga, both of P.O. Box 1289–60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Twaruchiu Moses M’Iburi, who died at Kianthae, on 10th September, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
