TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E94 OF 2025 By (1) Gabriel Kiambati Muchiri, (2) Alice Njoki Muchiri, (3) Paul Ndirangu Muchiri and Wilson Njagi Muchiri, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Muchiri Hutiye alias Moses Muchiri Hutiye, who died at Meridian Equator Hospital in Kenya, on 17th June, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
