Box 20, Bumala in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Akunda Mudiala, who died at Ikonzo Sub-location, on 26th July, 1997. CAUSE NO. E409 OF 2025 By (1) Unice Okhala Kwoba, (2) Bernardetta Nafula and (3) David Michael Kwoba, the deceased’s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Munyekenye Oundo, who died at Lwanyange, on 28th March, 2003. CAUSE NO. E468 OF 2025 By (1) Simon Panyako Ikoida and (2) Benna Adhiambo Nyongesa, both of P.O. Box 738, Busia in Kenya, the deceasd’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omuidi Ikodia, who died at Ochude Location, on 12th April, 1983. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
