E31 OF 2025 By (1) Rogialli Angiolo and (2) Rogialli Gioia, of Arezo (AR), Italy, the deceased’s widower and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Licia Della Lunga, who died in Arezo (AR), Italy, on 31st March, 2024. CAUSE NO. E33 OF 2025 By (1) Nyevu Mashaka Yeri, (2) Kanze Kenga Bendera and (3) Silvester Emmanuel Kahindi, all of P.O. Box 89447–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widows and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kalama Jefwa Chai, who died on 22nd November, 2016. E40 OF 2025 By (1) Dall’Aglio Bruno and (2) Dall’Aglio Silvio, of Sezze (LT), Italy, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Antonio Dall’Aglio, who died in Sezze (LT), Italy, on 14th May, 2018. CAUSE NO. E44 OF 2025 Amal Abdi Nassire, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Capodarca Maurizio, who died on 22nd November, 2023.
