TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2025 By (1) Florence Awuor Okumu and (2) Joy Adhiambo Okumu, both of P.O. Box 62550–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josiah Obuogi Okumu, who died at Nairobi, on 19th January, 2025. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
