TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 5th December, 2025 CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2025 By (1) Jane Muringi Mwangi and (2) Godfery Macharia Mukono Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 6579–00300, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi Karogo Hiram, who died at Kiriaini Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd August, 2022. CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2025 By (1) Samuel Wanderi Nderu and (2) Josphat Maina Nderu, both of P.O. Box 78132, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nderu Ndugiru alias Eliud Nderu Ndugiru, who died at Nyakianga Sub-location, on 10th January, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
