TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E1103 OF 2023 By Mahmood Pyarali Manji Mohamed, of P.O. Box 74445–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the executor named in the deceased’s last will, through Messrs. Mohamed Madhani & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Piarali Manji, who died at Calgary, Alberta, Canada, on 23rd April, 2013. CAUSE NO. E338 OF 2025 By (1) George Kungu, (2) Peter Gatuma Gichuru and (3) Jane Wanjiru, all of P.O. Box 30124, Uthiru in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, through Messrs. King’oo Wanjau & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gatuma Kungu, late of Uthiru Location, who died there in 1949. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
