take notice that a petition for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the above- named deceased, who died at Kihingo, on 28th February, 2005, has been filed in this registry by Jamleck Macharia Kamanja, in his capacity as widower of the deceased. And further take notice that objections in the prescribed form to the making of the proposed grant are invited and must be lodged in this registry within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice. . And further take notice that if no objection has been lodged in this registry in the prescribed fonn within thirty (30) days of the date of publication of this notice, the court may proceed to make the grànt as prayed or to make sbch ordèr as it thinks fit.
