TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 33 OF 2020 By Jeconiah Ogall Obwanda, of P.O. Box 1-40302, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nikanor Abwanda, who died at Koguta Location, on 21st July, 1990. CAUSE No. 16 OF 2020 By Marwa Nicholas Wambura, of P.O. Box 99, Isebania in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Antony Wambura Geseriro, who died at Nyabohanse Sub-location, on 27th May, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
