TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 52 OF 2020 By Gladys Mideva Chole, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wiliam Chole Esendia, who died at Mbale Sub-location, on 18th November, 2019. CAUSE No. 53 OF 2020 By (1) Anthony Mung'asia and (2) Edward Majanga Alega, the deceased's sons, fora grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Mega 8ereto alias Charles Alega, who died at Bukulunya Sub-location, on 5th April, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
