TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 12 OF 2020 By Trutea Wafula Kwalanda, of P.O. Box 1628, Webuye in Kenya, the decaesed's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrea Kwalanda Khwatenge alias Andrew Kwalanda Khwatenge, who died at Kakamega Highway Nursig Home, on 13th August, 2000. CAUSE No. 15 OF 2020 By Shadrack Sikaki, of P.O. Box 16, Webuye in Kenya, the decaesed's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jamen Sikaki Buketi, who died at Kiliboti, on 5th August, 1992. CAUSE No. 16 OF 2020 By Leah Jeruha Kimiya, of P.O. Box 220, Turbo in Kenya, the decaesed's granddaughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Mukalani Ligutu, who died at Lumakanda Sub-location, on 16th August, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
