TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 17 OF 2020 By Janet Imbusi, of P.O. Box 110, Malaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Enock Masai, who died at Masungutsa Sub-location, on 27th September, 2019. CAUSE No. 20 OF 2020 By John Simiyu Wasike, of P.O. Box 13, Soy in Kenya, the deceased's beneficiary, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rosa Mayeku Wasike, who died at Soy Sub-location, on 22nd March, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
