TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 516 OF 2019 By James Atambo Kombo, of P.O. Box 590, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kombo Atambo, who died at Mwamanwa Sub-location, on 22nd February, 1992. CAUSE No. 109 OF 2020 By Milkah Nyanchama Nyabando, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Meshack Nyabando Sorobea, who died on 12th February, 2005. CAUSE No. 125 OF 2020 By Luka Mose Gwako, of P.O. Box 1, Kenyenya in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sefasitiano Gwako Isaboke, who died on 4th May, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
