TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 41 OF 2020 By Estone Omondi Kiziah, the deceased's widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pamela Auma Odongo, who died at Kawere II Sub-location, on 31st August, 2018. CAUSE No. 76 OF 2020 By Hellen Awiti Ayodo, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Harmon Ayodo Abonyo, who died at Kamresi Sub-location, on 7th October, 1997. CAUSE NO. 78 OF 2020 By (1) Samwel Mataro Mwita and (2) Daniel Mwita Mwita, both of P.O. Box 96, Isebania in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simion Mwikwabe Mwita. CAUSE NO. 79 OF 2020 By Gideon Chege Kanyi, of P.O. Box 1, Isebania in Kenya, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gideon Chege Kanyi, who died at Kijabe Sub-location, on 21st April, 2016. CAUSE No. 80 OF 2020 By (1) Nyaitange David Moroga, (2) John Moi Motongori and (3) Simion Wangwi Moroga, all of P.O. Box 1, Isebania in Kenya, the deceased's administrators, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moroga Mwitusia, who died at Bukira East Location, on 2nd September, 1982. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
