TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 6 OF 2020 By (1) Onesmus Kombe Changa and (2) Benjamin Stephen Bejah Yeri Kombe, both of P.O. Box 442, Malindi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jonathan David Changa Kombe, who died at Tawfiq Hospital in Kenya, on 20th April, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
