TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 3 "B" OF 2019 By (1) Thomas Odhiambo Owiti and (2) Bertha Anyango Owiti, both of P.O. Box 17245, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration to the estate of Nelson Owiti Audi, who died on 3rd June, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
