CAUSE No. 34 OF 2019 By Evans Wanjala Fanuel, of P.O. Box 31-30201, Endebes in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fanuel Walekhwa Walunywa, who died at Kiptogot, on 14th March, 2016. Box 1961-30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jason Momanyi Momesu alias Mong'are, who died at Mt. Elgon Hospital in Kenya, on 25th April, 2018.
