Box 198-60200, Githongo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Timothy Gideon Kiogora alias Timothy Kiogora M'Irambu alias Timothy Kiogora Irambu alias Timothy Kiogora, late of Gaitu West Location, who died at Central Baptist Hospital in USA, on 31st December, 2012. CAUSE No. 4 OF 2020 By (1) Martin Kinoti Mungania and (2) Kimaita Imathiu, both of P.O. Box 44-60201, Kibirichia in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kithinji Mutwamwari, late of Ntugi Location, who died at Kiirua Hospital in Kenya, on 27th March, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
