TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 9 OF 2020 By Peninah Muthoni Njuguna, of P.O. Box 55171-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of probate to the estate of Miriam Wanjiru Karugondo, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 28th April, 2015. CAUSE No. 11 op 2020 By (1) Florence Otuge Aduda, (2) Lordvick Omondi Aduda and (3) Samuel Odhiambo Aduda, all of P.O. Box 487, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Aduda Kola, who died on 28th September, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
