Box 22317- 00400, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Pri Flora Nasieku Kusero, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Pri Flora Nasieku Kusero, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Pri Nasieku Kusero for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Pri Nasieku Kusero only.
