it is notified for the information of the Members of the County Assembly and the general Public of a Special Sitting of the County Assembly that shall be held on Friday, 5th June, 2020, at the County Assembly Chambers in Homa Bay Town at 10.30 a.m. In accordance with Standing Order No. 26 (4) and (5), the business to be transacted at the special sitting shall be — 1. Tabling of the Homa Bay County Government and County Assembly Budget Estimates for FY 2020/2021 pursuant to the provisions of section 129 (2) (a), 129 (3) and 130 (1) of the PFM Act, 2012. 2. Request for Statement by Hon. Jeff Ongoro (MCA, Kanyaluo Ward) directed to the chairperson of the Ward Projects Committee on the status of implementation of the Ward Based Projects during the FY 2019/2020. 3. Response to statement by the chairperson of the Ward Projects Committee on the status of implementation of the Ward Based Projects during the FY 2019/2020 as requested by Hon.
