WHEREAS Holborn Properties Limited, of P.O. Box 426-80200, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land situate in the District of Malindi, registered under title No. Chembe/Kibabamshe/396, 637, 638, 401, 425, 428, 394 and 379, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green cards issued thereof have been lost/misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct new green cards provided that no objection has been received within that period.
