TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 69 OF 2018 By (1) Agnes Osundwa Adhiambo and (2) Edinah Nagira Efumbi, both of P.O. Box 26, Bulimbo in Kenya, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Timothy Ouma Odwori alias Timothy Ouma, who died at Kholera Sub-location, on 23rd January, 2012. CAUSE No. 522 OF 2018 By Yohana Shemu Muchere, of P.O. Box 22, Koyonzo in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Muchele Dongwa alias Muchere Tongwa, who died at Indangalasia, on 7th August, 1997. CAUSE No. 104 OF 2019 By Godfrey Ouma Kweyu, of P.O. Box 7, Bukaya in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mulama Kweyu Osundwa alias Atanas Kweyu Osundwa, who died at Bukaya, on 22nd January, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
