TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 79 OF 2020 By (1) Alexander Kagia Waweru, (2) Peter Njenga Waweru and (3) Anne Njeri Waweru, all of P.O. Box 956-00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased's sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Waweru Kagia alias Waweru Kagiya, who died at Kinoo Sub-location, on 7th June, 1982. CAUSE No. 80 OF 2020 By (1) Josephine Njoki Gitu and (2) Margaret Gatuya Wambura, both of P.O. Box 956-00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased's daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gladwel Wahu Waweru, who died at Kinoo Sub-location, on 16th October, 2019. CAUSE No. 81 OF 2020 By (1) Grace Wanjiru Njuguna and (2) Eunice Wangui Njuguna, both of P.O. Box 51-00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njuguna Waruingi alias Njuguna Waruinge, who died at Nairobi, on 3rd October, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
