TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 35 OF 2019 By (1) Maria Mbesa Kibera and (2) Nancy Munyi Kibera, both of P.O. Box 721-01030, Gatundu in Kenya, the deceased widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kibera Kimani, who died at Kahugu-ini Sub-location, on 4th April, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
