TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this cowl CAUSE No. 8 of 2019 By (1) Grace Mwikali Mullei and (2) Leonard Ithau, both of P.O. Box 21122-00505, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration with the will annexed to the estate of Phoebe Mueni Ithau, who died at Karen, on 11th November, 2018.
