THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT
(No. 3 of 2012)
REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Samuel Kanogo Riho, is registered as proprietors in
absolute ownership interest of that piece of land situate in the district
of Malindi, registered under title No. Chembe/Kibabamshe/414, and
whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green
card issued thereof is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of
sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall construct a new green
card, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
