MMXX, by our client, Ngari Njue, of P.O. Box 138-60102, ishiara in
the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Njiru Kirikaniro, formally
and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name
Njiru Kirikaniro and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name
Ngari Njue, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at
all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name
Ngari Njue only.
