Box 777- 20200, Kericho in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Kipkemoi Rolly Rop, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Kipkemoi Roily Rop and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Kipkemoi Roily Rotich, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Kipkemoi Roily Rotich only.
